pot gardening/small scale compost

this spring, i plan to start some seeds. since moving last year...we now have ZERO area to grown things. well...i can probably do cucumbers and squash...they don't care about being on a hill side. or should i say cliffside??

i have a nice sized deck...and loads of pots....so a deck garden it will be.

growing up, as a family we always had a garden. also, we had a compost. living where i do, i don't think the scale i'm used to would be so wonderful.

does anyone have any suggestions on a cheap compost bin, for a small scale operation?

I have my bright pink Roly Pig composter- and she's so cute on top of it all. How small do you want?
