    Fabric Shaver!

    I went and bought a fabric shaver on a whim today for $7 at Wal-Mart (I had just bought a cozy new shirt that I love, but it started pilling up immediately)

    OMG--these things are GREAT! I just spend the entire evening shaving all my sweaters, jackets, shirts, and even socks (long story) All of it looks wonderful now and it is strangely therapeutic.

    I highly recommend in investing one for when you get out your winter clothes (if you haven't already)
    Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

    Are they just for winter clothes? I have recently gotten some jersey knit dresses from Ann Taylor and they're already pilling. Do you think it could help that too (or is it more for sweater like items)?

      It's worked on some knit items for me, but if the fabric is just worn and not actually pilling, it doesn't really help

        This sounds like a great tool - I think we need one...
        My favorite sweater from BR likes to pill (angora mix), and I don't want it to die.
