  • Wall Decals

Has anyone ever done the wall decals? I wonder if they stick well.
WE re did our bedroom, and with the new head board our large picture doesn't fit, So i was going to do a wall decal.
    Any hints or tips?

I have them in both my kids' rooms and i love them. One is a Blik re-stick and it did successfully move from our old apartment to this one. The second one is a RoomMates, and I don't know the brand on the third one. All three stick just fine, but the last two have been up less than a year. None of them were one big sheet, they all came in small pieces for me to arrange. It wasn't hard.

We have decals from Target in dd's room. They've been up for a year and look great, were super easy to put up.

We have them in our playroom and in our daughters room and we love them! Definitely wipe the walls down first to make sure there aren't any bubbles. The first ones we did we did not wipe the walls down and they just kept falling down! The did restick fine after the...wiping. Apparently our walls were dirrrrrty!

We got dd these at Land of Nod:

It looks wonderful, because her walls are green. Still they were truly a b*tch to put on the wall, because of the long stems that constantly wanted to buckle.

I love wall decals! And I agree with above - just make sure you wipe the walls down first- they will stick much easier!
