Here's my recent find. It's in one of the houses I found for sale around here. There's hideous wallpaper and hunter green carpet all over the house, but this room is the "best". The wallpaper matches the bedspread!

I recently came across this one: http://media2.nrtwebservices.com/Pit...8/197858_4.jpg
I actually saw an even better one that had neon green carpet and merrimekko poppy-print wallpaper, but I can't find that one anymore!

MSB - all I can say is that is a really awkward furniture arrangement. The chaise really needs to be facing the other direction.

And I'm sorry, but my house wins the wallpaper contest, hands down. I will try to snap some pics and post them shortly.

Actually, the thing I find most visually offensive about it is not the dead tiger cub on the floor, but the VERTICAL BLINDS. The horror!

There was a house for sale in Indy that had a stripper pole in the basement. They took that picture off of realtor.com, though!

I just noticed the workout equipment in the dining room. That house is a hot mess and needs Veshinka's help desperately!

I kinda like the giant poppies. It could be neat in a very limited fashion, but paired with the vintage dishwasher, it is definitely no bueno.

This is the downstairs bath looking in from the hallway. The space is long and narrow which is exacerbated by the fact that the vanity is too large for the space.

This one shows the wallpaper on the ceiling. I'm particularly fond of this because you can see all of the brush strokes in the glue. There is no vent fan in this room and when it comes time to take it down, I am hoping to run the shower and work in a sauna.

Here you can see the artistry with which someone covered the switch plate. Dedication like that is lacking these days.
