Before I call someone to come out, does anyone know what I might check on/in my dishwasher (Bosch, if that makes a difference). When I run it, it runs forever--the past few days on "quick wash," for over two hours and the dishes are still super wet! Last night, if I didn't interrupt it manually, I feel it may have gone on indefinitely! It was going on hour 3.

Don't tell me this is possible! I felt like a Bosch dishwasher was the one appliance I could count on just buying over and over, no research required.

Fawk! I called around, and we're looking at a new control board. Basically the problem is exactly what L posted! The repair guy ordered the part without having to even look at my machine, because he "does 6 or 7 of these on Bosches a week." I'm looking at $350.married to an anesthesia attendingComment

My parents had that happen to their Bosch too but they've never had another issue and they LOVE their machine.Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.Comment

if you buy your appliances from sears you can actually call the Sears appliance warranty folks & purchase a WARRANTY, no matter how old it is... (mine cost $99.00). Call back & then report your problem to the Sears repair folks & ta da!EVERYTHING will be covered and if it can't be repaired they replace it w/ a new one! I did this(not a Bosch) and saved a shit ton.Comment
