I'd go with a cooktop (check out Dacor) and two wall ovens (again, look into Dacor) If you have room put the ovens side by side on the wall at eye level (it's a beautiful look and the most functional). If you entertain, or have a hubby that comes home after dinner is served
, place a warming drawer under each oven. No kitchen should be without a warming drawer (seriously, they are the best, I miss mine greatly).
ETA: I should note we had Dacor in our old home and never needed service in the 14 years we had them. I am not familiar with their current products but the items we purchased in the late '90s were the best (gas cooktop, 30" wall oven, and warming drawer).
