We have both the big jetted tub and the fancy walk-in shower, and I don't regret either one of them!

When my parents remodeled their bathroom they more than doubled its size and their walk in shower has the multiple shower heads and the wall-tile jets as well. It's ah-mazing. No music, but that is the most luxurious shower experience I've ever had. You can do all sorts of combinations of spray from the different shower heads/wall tiles. I almost exclusively shower in their shower when I'm there and DH will sometimes. If we're in NC and my parents are out of town or at the beach, DH and I essentially move into their bathroom for the duration of our stay because it's like a spa. It's such a sad reminder of where we are in life when we come home to our sad, small fiberglass shower

We had one of those dishwashers. THey are awful!! We replaced it with something from Sears after only 2 days.

So we had the repair guy in, and he fixed the two drawers (turns out it's not even a two-drawer washer, but rather two single drawer washers!). I just wanted to say that although I would have never bought these monsters for myself, they do get the dishes really really clean - much cleaner than my kenmores ever did, and boy are they quiet. That said, if they break again they're probably history.

Sub zeros need regular maintenance to work.
you have to remove the vent cover and vacuum out the heat exchange fins at least once a year. Two if you have a pet.

Appliance guy just left my house. I have Viking Pro appliances. Viking is crap. Just don't buy Viking.

He says for refrigerators - Sub Zero- Wolf. For Ovens - Sub Zero -Wolf. For Dishwashers - Miele or Bosch.

He said that if my dishwasher ever dies to not even bother trying to fix it, just replace it. So lame. Had him out here today for the oven, fridge, and microwave. Viking= overpriced, pieces of shit.

This is true of all refrigerators. Subzeros just have a bigger repair bill if you don't keep on top of it.

My last house had a Bosch dishwasher... I miss it, like woah. My crappy one now sounds like it is going to take off at any minute.
