    This is probably one of the most amazing home transformations I've ever seen. Holy smokes! They went from so dark to so light and airy.

    They definitely used some light manipulation with the photography. Yellowy lights in the before shots, and all lights on in the after shots. They definitely used some fill lights (flash and/or soft light boxes) in the after photos. I'd love to see the lighting difference IRL.

      Wow. I admire someone who can envision something like that and then see it through to completion. Truly a special wrinkle in someone's brain.

        Wow! That is incredible! I love seeing home transformations like that. I always wonder what the final price tag on a massive overhaul is though - wish they could include that too, just to satisfy my curiosity. I do love Houzz...
        PA and wife of a PGY2 in neurosurgery. And "cat-mom" to the two sweetest cats anyone could hope for.
