Does anyone happen to have them?

I'm just asking because we are having TVs mounted by an electrician. He said to but whatever mount we wanted and then he would come back and mount when he moves our chandelier.

Well.... I can't seem to figure out how he is going to mount without studs, so I'm confused about which mount to buy. I suppose I could call him. Or maybe Costco - where we bought TVs and was thinking about buying the mount.

Just thought I'd ask if anyone has dealt with this.

There are studs in plaster walls, but the are likely to be irregularly spaced.

      Plaster Walls

My DH uses some special wall anchors with our plaster walls. Ideas here: https://www.reddit.com/r/HomeImprove...lls_use_metal/

There's lots of wood in there - lathe and studs- but it's different than a typical drywall construction.

Yes to those anchor things! We have wall mounted a TV and an even bigger/heavier mirror on plaster with success.

We have to use anchors even for pictures in our 60s house with plaster walls.
Home Depot or Lowe's has a selection that goes by weight of item, so it's pretty easy to select what you need hardware-wise.

I use a drill to make the hole (slightly smaller than hardware) and then insert the toggle. Follow up with power screwdriver and hardware, voila!
