    I'm late to the party.

I'd keep the bigger bathroom, TBH. We have what you are describing: a small laundry space and bathroom with pocket door. If I could change one thing it would be to get rid of the teeny bathroom. It's too small. I hate having guests use it. Also, our laundry room is right there and it always is full of dirty clothes....so guests have to step over dirty laundry to get to the bathroom. I wish I could move my laundry room somewhere and increase the size of my bathroom!

ITA!!! I love SA, it's only two hours from me. In fact, we just spent the weekend there. Of course all this is for my own selfish reasons... 😉

Well since I've been MIA--- we still haven't done anything but I've made my peace with laundry in the garage. Luckily it has finished walls-- I just need to paint it and paint or epoxy the floor. The garage is too short for our cars, so they can't be parked in here anyway.

I was thinking of the tiny tiny bathroom, but I think I'll go with a standard 6'x3' which is still tiny, but not as tiny as 5'x 3'. I can still have a small pedestal sink, and I know I like that size bc we had it in our last house

Currently all I care about is getting AC in here tbh. I'm dying. The humidity is just killer. The hurricane season keeps the trade winds away. Ugh.

And due to kids in high school-- and the kids who are the most difficult to move due to ADHD/autism stuff-- we probably are here another 5 or 6 years.
