Calendar for phone

Anyone have a good calendar app they use for their phone? Or are you paper calendar people?

I use aCalendar+ on my android. It combines my various calendars, kids, work etc.

I doubt it's special but I'm just used to it and like the widget.

The app I use is just an interface wth Google calendar. We've various calendars we use on the family so the kids know when we're back from work or away etc.

Very useful.
