Decorating Thread

I know lots of us are in the process of decorating, re-decorating, or renovating, and I thought it would be fun to post progress pictures of our spaces as they come together.

Here are some before/after pictures of my boys’ bedroom with new drapes. They only cost $37 on Amazon, but I think they make a big difference. This room has been a slow process but I’m happy that it’s closer to being finished.

I love it. And that room is huge!! Those are double beds, correct? I can’t find a single house in this city with non-master sized room that would hold two doubles. (Honestly two Twins is usually a stretch). I’m so jealous of that space!!!

Love that bedroom. What a fun space for them! We're still a total work in progress over here. We're getting close to done with painting, but we've slowed down a lot. This is our new living room color, which I'm loving. We went with a lot of light blue-green-grey tones, and the house is starting to feel very calm and cozy. I'm looking for curtains for these windows now... We want new wood blinds but that might wait a few months.

Plus I clearly need to style my book shelf.
