Finding a cleaning lady/service

What I need is for someone to go with me room by room and help me decluttering, organize, and clean. This includes closets. Frankly, I wouldn’t care if the person threw everything out at this point. After that, this person could clean once a week for maintenance.

How do I find this? I tried care.com and two cleaning companies. Honestly, the chaos isn’t terrible. I just need it gone.

Any ideas besides tackling a room myself every day?

I found my cleaning lady from a recommendation on the Nextdoor app. She’s been awesome and we consider her part of the family. She even takes care of my house, pets, and plants while we travel.

You need a personal organizer, not a cleaning lady.. I'd search the internet for one in your area. Be aware, a PO will charge more than a cleaning lady.

Ask on Facebook if anyone with super organization powers would be available for a freelance job? If anyone knows anyone in the area for an operation re-organization job?
