  • Must keep moving forward/Floors

I hate our condo right now. There is so much work still to do. I am so sick of spending so much energy on this place.

That said, does anyone have experience with floors? I have to make a decision on whether to fill some weak spots in the existing plywood and completely refloor another room or to remove the floor from the first room to make it all the same level. Under the flooring...soundboard over the joists. That's it.

It *sounds* easier to just put down the plywood in the second room. Yes, I have spoken to two contractors who have confirmed these choices. Does anyone have any firsthand experience? I realize it is not likely and I am just nuts.

Oh my... :! . Sorry about the floors!

I don't think we did this...but our kitchen floor in the last house needed something. I'll ask DH if it is the same thing since he did most of the work.
