  • Clear Plastic Bins

I always see those shows like Clean House or Clean Sweep where the come into a home and inundate it with clear plastic bins. I always thought, what the hell would I do with those things?

And then... I bought six shoe box sized plastic bins and lids from Target for $1.29/ea and they made such a difference!! My closet looks fantastic and I got to throw away crummy old shoe boxes. (I also throw a Lipton tea bag in the box/bin so that it eliminates odors.) I went out and bought a couple more to organize my winter scarves, gloves, and my linens. I'm a bin convert!!!!

Aren't they fantastic? I'm a total bin-a-holic. You should see our garage!

We also have A LOT of those clear plastic bins in our basement storage room. It's SO helpful to be able to see what's in the bin without having to open it up to look inside, and they also stack so nicely on top of each other.
