I am NOT crafty at all but I want to stencil a toybox that I painted white. I want to do something like a dragonfly. Any help is appreciated, such as how to do it and where to get the stencils?

oh - stenciling is super easy - I used to do it when I was a kid. you should be able to find the stencils at any crafty store (Michaels or JoAnn's come to mind). Make sure to buy one of those flat brushes - that's the key. You're more dabbing the paint on starting from the outside in - not painting.

I think another key to stenciling is to apply the paint with a light hand (i.e., don't use too much!). You can always go back and fill in if you have to, but I've found that sometimes if you apply the paint too heavily the paint can bleed outside of the stencil border.

Good luck! Stenciling is really fun and easy, I'm sure the toybox will turn out very cute. And post pictures when you're done!
