So, for those who are lucky to have a pool in their own yard or who belong to a pool- this month's Cooking Light (the August issue) has a pretty thorough water workout.
I tried it out today while Nikolai napped- (first, can I tell you how great it was to splash around in my pool because 1) it's not raining and 2) I didn't have to worry about him) it's definitely a good one-
easy to do but challenging enough to feel it- and with modifications to challenge yourself further. I did the regular workout since I have to workout tomorrow with weights at the gym.
I can definitely feel the jumping jacks!
