    Don't fall into weekend revelry. One study in the journal Obesity, reported that people consume 115 extra calories on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This can add up to an additional 5 pounds a year. In order to avoid this, try to balance out your intake over the entire week. Add an extra workout if you know you will indulge at a party. Don't use the weekend as an excuse to overeat. (from my Bally's email)

    Wonder how many extra calories one consumes during TOM....at least an extra 1,000!

      Actually, I have read that TOM can make your weight fluctuate by five-ish pounds...

      Which is why I'm so happy that Kris took the batteries out of her scale.
