So, on the phone with our man in Baghdad today who told me:
1) he's down to 162 pounds
2) his replacement arrives in six-ish weeks.
OMG.
Time to double the areobic exercise and increase the weights by a half hour per session.
I look fine- my friend Jeannette told me that I was looking very muscular (damn near humped her leg for that) and I am fitting into all of the clothes I couldn't wear last year BUT...
He's lost almost 25 pounds.
Damn, I would look GOOD if I lost 25 pounds.
So, final push. I can do this.
