This might seem nit-picky but it just occurred to me that we probably shouldn't name this forum Weight Loss Goals, because that isn't really what it's all about right? So many of us are just trying to get FIT and HEALTHY and feel better about ourselves physically and emotionally. So... I'm rallying that we change the name of this forum to Health and Fitness Goals!
