    Re: Forever Fit Program

    Yay for you!

I swear, once you get in the groove, it gets so much easier. In fact, I've dragged family members w/ me because I didn't want to get out of my pattern.

As for late night snacking- I can't help as that's my bad time too. I have found that I can demonstrate some level of maturity as long as I'm drinking herbal tea or those decaf international coffees.

Jenn, can you keep healthy snacks in the house for the late night snacking?

            Re: Forever Fit Program

Didn't go today as planned. I decided I have too much to do (hosting book club tonight). BUT I took the dog on a good walk instead. I think it was about 2 miles or so -- I'll clock it off with the car later. I feel like it was a good compromise, and kept me moving.

Now off to clean / prepare!

                  Give it time!

and good that it hurts. That means that they're changing it up enough to keep your muscles challenged.

well, I'm flaking today. I'd planned to go after dropping Jacob at school, but:

                        A) it's Quinn's birthday, so our morning was spent singing and opening presents, and I dropped Jacob at school while still in my jammies
                        B) my inner thighs hurt so much I'm having trouble walking
                        C) I have 2 birthday cakes to make / decorate (one for the real deal tonight, the other for the party on Saturday
                        D) The IL's are coming, so I'll be going every day while they're here!

I'm sure the better exercise gurus would agree with me when I say breaks are sometimes good for you as long as their not to long.

Plus I think it's a sign that you're really forming a good habit when it kind of unsettles you a little bit that you have to skip a day. Go you! I'm living vicariously on this one and really hoping I can get my act together like this when the time comes.

2 days in a row. Having IL's in town is a great motivator to stay the heck out of the house!
