I LOVE Title Nine for their bras and Lucy's are great, too. Mostly they're the Champion brands. They are actually so supportive and comfy that I wear them 90% of the time. (Since I only have two super comfy regular bras that I was personally fitted w/ at the chi-chi bra store. Lesson learned- if by showing your boobies to a professional fitter, you get bras that actually are comfortable, there is no embarrassment.)

I'm jealous. I'm an A. I can go without a bra on under my suitcoats and no one notices I'm without...

I never have a problem with a bra being too tight. I am just embarrassed that I can't wear anything too lightweight--the bra kind of "collapses" and makes my boobs look...sunken or concave.

OK- slight tangent here-

BUT...I have a friend in DC who swore up and down that it didn't matter what kind of bra she wore- she was a post-partum A cup so what little was there sagged (her words, not mine)

So I made her go to a real live bra store, the kind w/ the 80 year old Jewish women who have been fitting bras and girdles since women wore hats and gloves every day. and whaddya know- she was fitted w/ a comfortable bra that makes the girls look like they did in their heyday.

Nordstroms apparently has a great bra fitting reputation. I went to the place in DC that had lingerie that I'd actually wear, not the kind that made me laugh out loud.

and once I realized I was wearing the wrong sized bra (off by two cup sizes) it made finding appropriate gym-wear easier too. More expensive but worth it.

Jenn - I absolutely agree with you! It is so worth the extra $ to be comfy and perky. The first time I went to a nice lingerie store I was embarrased to have help getting fitted but I'm over that now. I get everything at one shop - exercise bras, fancy bras, everyday bras, nursing bras. I love the brands. Prima donna, Huit, and Fantasie are my favorites.
