Okay, so I REALLY need to get back to my normal size and self again. McDonald's cannot be a staple in my diet anymore.
My goal is Halloween. I even bought my costume in my old size so if I don't make it happen I'm going to look ... not so fab ... on my favorite holiday.
Any suggestions for how I can exercise and lose weight while having a sprained ankle??? Pilates maybe?
