I weighed myself today. Yikes! I guess now that my kid isn't breastfeeding constantly, I have to cut down on my calories. I don't want to focus so much on losing weight. I'd just like to eat a little healthier and work out regularly. You know, not feel out of control and hate myself so much.
As a sign of my commitment, I've taken my girls' picture out of my signature and put in my weight loss ticker. I certainly could lose more than 23 lbs, but I figure this will get me to the "reasonable" weight range.
