I just can't do the iPod thing when on a treadmill. I need one of those arm holders and really, I'd crack myself up trying to get it together.

Pretty much anywhere sells the ipod arm bands. Not true for us cheapo MP3 users.

I'm gonna steal my DHs b/c I'm sick of hitting the cord and doing just what you did, Lily.

But, I wouldn't care if anyone did swear in the gym... We are all thinking it anyway.

I have an ipod carrier that clips to my waistband, would that work for you?
Don't worry, I am sure you can't possibly be the gym asshole. Surely there are other meatheads to take that title.

Like the asshats who don't rerack their weights? or who use the equipment incorrectly? or who hunch over the elliptical machines? (I want to yell, For God's Sake, STAND UP!)

No, swearing is a minor infraction. I curse out my trainer daily. (she gives it right back though...)

I finally had to get a new pair of headphones because I tore my ear buds out so many times that they were loose and staticy.

If saying what you did is the worst they've ever seen in that gym, I'd be shocked!
