I just started working out with a trainer & I love it!! We are currently meeting 1 time/week and it really helps focus my work out. Time is limited- I want the most bang for my buck (the pick up line I used when I met my dh ).
Anyway, I am training for a stair run in 2 weeks and we will see how that goes- I figure climbing 80 flights of a skyskraper is no match for carrying the laundry and my huge baby up and down the stairs....right? Who am I kidding, I am gonna get my ass whupped.
