For anyone wanting to lose weight this is a great site. It allows you to enter your goal and date you want to obtain it and it guides you in the amount of calories you consume and what you need to expend. You enter your food intake and activities for the day and it stores and calculates them on a daily basis, it also grades them. I think it is a very helpful guide because I found the calories I eat add up to alot more than I imagined they would. The hyperlink is http://caloriecount.about.com/. It is also free.
