I am wondering if any of you know how many additional points you get on WW while breastfeeding? I have the little points calculator slide thingy, but cannot afford to go to meetings right now.

Re: Weight Watchers question
Women:-
64kg and under - 18points
65 to 79kg - 20 points
However if you are breastfeeding the points change somewhat to accomodate for your bubs requirements. Depending on your baby's age, and feeding schedule the points allowed are below.
Up to 6mths - Breast milk only = 32 points
6 to 9 mths - Breast milk + some solids = 30 points
9-12 mths - Breast milk + increased solids = 28 points
12+ mths - Breast milk + regular meals = 26 points
I also saw some places that said to add 10 points for breastfeeding...and adjust according to weightloss and milk supply.Mom of 3, Veterinarian
