  • Anybody in weight watchers?

I have been on WW about 6 weeks now and, although I had an awful "program" week this past week, I am back on track now! How long have you been in WW? I track online and go to a weekly meeting.

I've been on since the begining of January (new year's resolution). And I had a horrible weekend (too much Easter food/candy) but hope to be back on track today too!

If you like Strawberry pie I just tried this recipe and enjoyed it:

1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
1 sugar free strawberry jello mix
1 sugar free/fat free vanilla COOK and SERVE pudding mix
      2 cups water
      1 pound (container) of strawberries.

Wash strawberries, slice and layer them in the bottom of crust
Mix pudding and water in small sauce pan, bring to a boil, remove from heat and whisk in jello mix
Let mixture cool for five minutes before pouring over strawberries
Refrigerate for 5 hours and serve

      Makes 8 servings/slices; 2 points per slice.

(The recipe doesn't call for it but I added a tub of cool whip on top before serving)

I found Pretzel Slims at Trader Joe's - nice low point crunchy salty snack. They also make them dipped in dark chocolate and they add up pretty fast but no one near as fast as cookies or baked stuff.

I just got the WW scale with a built-in points calculator and it has been a real time saver for me. There was a $5.00 coupon in my monthly membership card mailing.

My weigh-in meeting is Monday night - I was up this week but life has settled a bit now. Hope you are doing well.
