OK- I have found the one that works for me- after trying out WWs, the free one that was posted here, a few other places as well.

I finally found: www.myfooddiary.com. It's 9 bucks a month and the thing that I like most about it is that at the end of the day when you click on the submit button, it gives you a thing that says:

"If every day were like today, you would reach your goal weight on _______ (day in the future).

and the date changes every day based on what you ate that day. It also has some excellent reports that allow you to track things that may be important to you personal health issues like cholesterol, sugar, carbs, etc. It also does percentages of things like show you the % of protein vs. carb vs. fat vs. alcohol.

The daily reporting features are cool too because it gives you tips as the day goes on- like if your percentage of fat intake is high based on breakfast, you can watch it change throughout the day as you add in more fruits/veggies, etc.

It does have a recipe builder feature too. and it also tracks your body measurements and your exercise (sex is there- both moderate and vigorous! cracked me up!)

So, if you're looking for that kind of support, go check this place out.
