Here is the only Before/After I could find. There was a post a few months back with some more but I can't seem to locate it:

Here is a check in that they are doing weekly on their progress:

My DH does P90X and cycles. But he has never had a cycling build to begin with (not overweight, but big broad shoulders, and barrel chested).
I have done P90X with DH and it is pretty fun. I definitely feel much safer when DH is working out with a video in my garage than riding one of those fool bicycles on the side of a busy highway. There is a snowballs chance in hell that I will ever be caught dead in one of those spandex cycling getups.Rebecca, wife to handsome gyn-onc, and mom 4 awesome kiddos: 8,6,4, and 2.

You are a better woman than I! DH once bought me a cycling outfit, and was so disappointed that I wont wear it. Ummm, 4 kids=no midriff baring- ever!
I did set up him up with another cycling guy when we moved here, a doc too and DH of a new friend. Now they have a cycling bromance, and he hardly begs me ride with him anymoreRebecca, wife to handsome gyn-onc, and mom 4 awesome kiddos: 8,6,4, and 2.

Haha--I just wear a jersey and those padded pants (which are like heaven on those rides)--no midriff baring here either! He's surprisingly patient with me though, even though I am sooo much slower and I wont do above 20 miles without a fight. And I usually complain about some sort of ache/pain along the way.
Love the idea of the cycling bromance--I'd feel better if he didn't do those long rides by himself.Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.
