I was raring to go on the yoga yesterday, but DH wanted to skip yesterday evening... I should have just done it anyway. (Haven't I learned anything from iMSN? Don't wait for the doctor.)

Have you done the yoga yet? It is divided into a couple of sections. The first is a kick-ass strengthening session (about 45 minutes) then there are about 25-30 minutes of balance poses with an AWESOME stretching and cool-down at the end. I will often do the first and last sections, skipping the majority of the balance stuff.

I fell over into the TV Stand trying to do the crane. I refuse to do it in real yoga classes now.

I'll give the yoga a try this weekend (without DH ) and skip the middle.

DH has been through all the exercises before, while he was away on locums and bored at the hotel. We went to visit him, and it was pretty funny watching him show the kids his yoga stances. I just hadn't pictured him as a yoga kinda guy.

I dragged this beast out again today. After helping my mom move (ugh) I realized how pathetically weak I am. I'm starting to worry about getting old!

The only reformer class around here is $50 per though! I can't quite stomach that. Do I get points for going to hot yoga?

Wow. $50 per is tough. Are they privates? Yes hot yoga is hard!

Yeah, that's all they offer. Anything else I've found is mat classes. Waah.
