  • Phew!

I have hovered at and around the -38 and -39 region for about 2. 5 WEEKS. I just didn't seem to be able to break down to be -40 (though I was already giving myself credit for it because -39 seems soooo close!)

Finally ... Today I am down by -40.4!!!!!

    Wahoo!!!!

ETA that I still have a good amount to lose but this is still big. Also, though I haven't lost much weight over the last couple of weeks, suddenly my clothes are very loose. Up until this point, I had seen the numbers go down but hadn't noticed it much in the fit...now in the last couple of weeks there is a definite difference in how my clothes fit. I have had to get rid of some clothes that are just too big!!!!!!

It's so hard to hit that plateau, it becomes so easy to lose your motivation. Good for you for keeping at it, congrats!!
