  • Weight tracking

Just thought I'd post this handy little application I'm using. It's free and you can track your weight loss and food really easily. You can also put in your goal weight and when you want to achieve it and it will tell you how many calories to eat. It has just about every food in it's data base so you just put it in and it caclulates in the calories. Hope it's helpful!
