Didn't want to hijack the Real Food thread so I thought I would post this separately. Have you guys heard of this study? I've been trying to avoid dyes and preservatives since I read this. I know I'm obviously not a kid but I wonder what effect it can have on our bodies over time if those substances can make kids hyper, and looking for those helps avoid processed foods.
