It's always easiest for me to lost weight when DH is on board with me and we are eating the same healthy things. I swear he gains baby weight with me with each pregnancy! So we are both trying to get this baby weight off. So we eats tons of salad, broccoli, fish, and grilled chicken. Fun. I absolutely refuse to go to my husband's graduation fat. Not happening. I've actually lost seven pounds since we started on Tuesday. The weight melts off of of me quickly, but it can also pile back on me quickly.

All of us can be each other's support system. I plan on posting before and after pics. in May. Actually you all can see my before pic in my profile. That was taken a few months ago.

I desperately need to lose my stomach fat. I think I am okay besides that but after having three kids... the mid-section is not so hot.
      Any tips?
I want to get toned and ready to go when I go and see S in March. We're going to a wedding and then have Match celebrations to come

I'm using a program on my iPhone to count calories. It's called LoseIt

Man do I over eat! I'm choosing healthier foods simply because I can eat more of them to fill up! If only I could get up off my butt and move....I'm so not motivated to work out.

Good Luck! Maybe I should do this.. and put the picture on my fridge.. of me in a swimsuit. Wait... would it be more motivating to put a skinny picture of me on the fridge or a fat one? The skinny one would remind me not to eat the junk food so I could look that good again, but the fat one may just be too depressing to look at, I might just eat the junk food again

              So many choices...

              Best of luck to you!

                Good luck!

The only thing I've found that really works for me is consistent exercise. Lots of cardio. Doesn't hurt that it helps with stress and makes me sleep better.

Once I'm exercising, I start eating better just because I don't feel like eating as much. If I'm not exercising I will totally stress eat and once that starts it's hard to rein me in. (Hello, ice cream, my dear friend.)

I'm going to check out Lose It.

                  Re: Work out/ Diet plan

Lose it is an app for iPhone or iPod touch. It's basically a calories counter. You can track nutrients as well as track exercise. It allows you to set a weight loss goal and automatically reduces your daily calorie limit as you lose weight.
