Puppy Chow... http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/puppy-chow/Detail.aspx. I have never made it myself but all my friends used to bring it to school as snacks.

lol this is not the recipe to be posting on the diet thread.

Ditto Michele. We also went to Texas de Brazil tonight for DH's birthday. You pay a flat fee and get an AMAZING salad bar (with lobster bisque, hearts of palm, gourmet olives, california rolls, etc) and then dudes walk around with skewers of every kind of roasted meat you could imagine. I did a relatively good job of restraining myself, but it's so hard to say no when someone asks you if you want bacon-wrapped filet. And sirloin. And flank steak. Luckily it was mostly medium rare and since I'm a medium-well girl, I didn't eat as much as I could have...

DH managed to eat 2 bowls of lobster bisque, filet, bacon-wrapped filet, flank steak, sirloin steak, Brazilian sausage, and pork loin. He was groaning the whole bumpy ride back home...of course he is the skinny one!

Anything with peanut butter and chocolate is my down fall! Puppy chow... a chunk of peanut butter with chocolate, yum!
I think I may have gained back some of the 8 pounds that I lost, I have not been doing so much working out this last few weeks.
Any ideas on how to stay motivated?
