    If you are able to run now, I would start somewhere in the middle that matches your current low and start from there. If it is too hard, you can always go backwards. I like that nothing about it is set in store, that it is all a guideline.

        Good for you!! It really is a great program. I could barely do the first 60 seconds, but now I am can the whole 5K!! Sometimes I had to do 2 weeks of one step, but it was worth it!! Some of the jumps are hard, so don't be to hard on yourself if you can't do it.
