Haha, I could never make it more than 3 days in a row without injuring myself in some way--I think it needs a few more rest days built in. Was a pretty common complaint in the Insanity Facebook group I joined.Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

I was tempted to try this, since I'm a sucker for those quick results programs. I used to do P90X, but I have nothing by homicidal rage toward Tony Horton. Holy crap do I find that man annoying. Anyway, I decided against it. I heard too much about injuries. I'd rather deal with Tony once or twice a week, and work out on my own schedule the other days.I'm just trying to make it out alive!

So after 2weeks my body is changing. My legs and arms are much toner!
Not a huge weight change but a big difference in muscle tone.
I will say it works and it works fast.

Dh and I started back today. Oh my it was ugly. We leave for a swimsuit wearing vaca in less than 2 months. So insanity at night and cardio/weights in the morning.
Thats if I can walk down the stairs in the am.
