Me too. I tried one of Jillian Michaels' workouts and almost drowned in my own sweat...after the warm up. Hooray.

Dude Jillian kicks my ass. This is why I know I couldn't do Insanity -- Jillian starts doing those 180 jumps and I practically trip over my own feet in midair. It's sexy.

Dh quit after the warm up today. Said he was too sore, then I caught him eating cheesecake.
I hope I burned more than 100 calories after that workout. I was drenched.

Come on people....do it do it. Insanity buddies!! (is that enough peer pressure)

I once bought the Beginners Jillian Michaels DVD and almost fell out after the third set. I honestly don't know how the heck you do it! Have you always worked out like this?

I made it to the gym today. 30 minutes of cardio and I think I pulled a neck muscle due to gasping for breath.

Insanity is much more my style than P90X. Although P90x was a decent workout, it is too slow and Tony H is too annoying for me. I would love to try Insanity, but it is hard to work out at home with 4 kids around. I need to be at the gym.

I'm with you Midnight-totally not a cardio person! I tried the elliptical and thought what the hell kind of torture is this? Looked at the clock. Five minutes had gone by. Yup, that's me.

So true. In fact I pulled that muscle in my neck (by breathing hard) while on the elliptical yesterday. This morning I got blisters from the row machine and that is sort of blocking the neck pain at the moment.

Lol, that's a helluva tactic to get your mind off the neck pain

I was burning ~500 according to my heart right monitor...and I never made it to the hour long workouts.

I'm going to get my ass off the couch and take N for a run in the jogger today.

And maybe tomorrow I'll pull out the insanity DVDs.

                          Maybe.

1 week down. I am noticing I am doing a little more each time. After each workout the instructor tells u to get ur recovery formula. Is it bad that my recovery formula is a margarita and a Epsom salt bath.

I did the first video on Friday and I'm STILL sore. How can I be that sore in just 24 minutes?? Crazy biatch is gooood.
