Cheri - you've seen me & how much I've changed since they first time we met IRL. I'm. Not. Dieting. I'm making better food choices (no fast food, no soda), but I eat what I want/when I want. It's pilates. Yes, I do other things, but only b/c I've built up the strength and endurance IN PILATES. I swear -- I AM the pilates evangelist. I need a t-shirt that proclaims it loud and proud. I LOVE it.

2 to 3 times/week. My instructor told me to see real results, 2 times is the magic number. Honestly, when I add the 3rd class it's b/c I especially like the people in the 5PM Thursday class, and I have to be at the gym at that time b/c my kids are taking a class. When I first tried adding a 3rd (M/W/F -- about 5 months in), I was SO fried by Friday (also doing other stuff: elliptical and weights, mostly), that I didn't have the strength to power through and felt like I was wasting the $$. Now if I do 3, it's M/W/Th -- I also used to NOT be able to do back to back classes, and now I can.
