  • Fitbit?

Anyone have one? DH's employer offered them at a discount ($80 vs. $99), and if you use it and reach certain goals you receive $$ off of your health insurance. Mine just arrived today.

I'm excited to use it. I assumed it only counted steps, so pilates/cycling, etc. wouldn't count, but it also counts "movement". It suggests that women hook it on their bra (won't be flattering w/fitted t-shirts!), but then warns against moisture (I sweat easily).

Just curious if others have experience to share.

I just read through the 1-star reviews on amazon after seeing your facebook status, because I wanted one and needed to talk myself down. DEFINITELY don't put it anywhere you can sweat on it. DEFINITELY don't just clip it to a waistband if you're active (it'll pop off and be gone); I saw a reference to forums on their website where people discuss the best way to wear them, and how to secure them - I'd start there.
