They just opened about a mile from the house. Seems cheap enough. Any reviews?

We belong to one a couple of miles from our house. It is a basic, bare-bones gym. No classes, trainers, or massueses. Lots of cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, different types of bikes) and weight lifting equipment (machines and free weights). There is a "Curves" like circuit, but I haven't really used it. We like it - it's close and cheap. I do miss my women's gym from our previous location that had trainers and classes, but this will do for now. Sometimes it is really crowded since it is 5 minutes away from campus, but there are times when it is pretty empty. A good mix of people at ours - college students, young professionals, older folks and your average joes. There are bathrooms and showers (never used them), and free pizza and free bagels one night or morning per month.

It's really basic and if you don't need all of the other extras that come with a gym, it's a great place.
