I am finally running a steady 40 min/day. It has taken me a month to work up to this. I both dread and look forward to it every day if that makes sense.
My weight loss really stalled since kicking it up a notch even though I am watching it. I've lost 2 pounds in the last couple of weeks which I have felt bummed about. I can gain 2 pounds just looking at a dessert.
Yesterday on a whim, I tried on my size 16 (I know that is still big for my height!) that I haven't been able to zip up in months. They fit. I wore them comfortably all day.
Even though the scale isn't moving as fast as I would like, I am getting results. Losing fat. Gaining more lean muscle.
