Hi everyone, for anyone who is interested in yoga, I came across this site: www.yogaglo.com that has all different types, levels, durations with famous teachers. They offer a free 15 day trial period which I totally took advantage of. Not sure if anyone's posted the link before since I have limited access to the forums, but just in case...

Jenn, which teacher do you like most? I've been sticking with Kathryn Budig and Jason Crandall because I do their Yoga Journal videos.

I don't have any props at my house so I have to scan the videos - I tend to stick to kundalini when traveling because they don't use props. At home, I look for practices that don't have any props needed. I did one yesterday from Dice Iida-Klein that was pretty intense but fun.
