      M, some people need significantly higher amounts (up to 10mg). A friend was just telling me that he needs 7mg.

          I'm one of the 10 mg people. Lower dosages drift me off to sleep but I wake up a few hours later if I don't take enough. Boo to insomnia.

            I'm okay with a 3mg dose, but found when I took two of those, HOLY MONKEY. The nightmares are realistic and insane. *shudder* I second the magnesium suggestion, as well as get a pair of blue-blocker glasses if you're going to be playing with electronics. I sympathize!!!
