Yup, me too. On day five of low carbs and feeling great. I've decided to weigh myself once a week, which will be hard since I usually weigh in daily.

I quit weighing myself for now because of the knee thing. I bought one of those withings scales that Lose It was hawking though. LOVE it. It sends your weight straight to the computer.

Chrisada, you use the elliptical a lot, right? Did you find it helpful?

You know I was obsessed with the elliptical, but lately I've been doing spinning several times a week and pickleball (a crosss between tennis and racquetball). I swear by spinning. I do burn a lot of calories on the elliptical though.

Duly noted. I've been thinking of joining a gym for a few months until I can really get going outside again. Thanks!! Pickleball sounds fun; I've never heard of it.

All the old guys at the Y play it and they somehow recruited us young moms! It's a blast! I go to the Y everyday after dropping off the kids and even went today.

Pickleball sounds really interesting. Off to look at YouTube: wish me luck on finding what I'm actually looking for, versus what I might find by accident.

OMG, we used to play it in middle school PE all the time. Loved it, but totally thought it was a made-up thing by our goofy teachers.

Hahaha DD, me too! We played it all the time, but I just thought our teacher made it up!

It was apparently named pickleball because a dog named Pickle would always get the ball. It took me a while to take it seriously bec. of the silly name. BonBon I need to check that scale out!

ETA: Umm, maybe I'll get the scale after training LOL!
