  • Bach's Rescue Remedy

Has anyone tried this? Does it work? I picked up a tin last night and maybe because it's the first time, but I can't tell if it works or not.

I've never understood what this stuff is. Enlighten me?

It's herbal and made of flower extracts (?) and it's supposed to help relieve stress. I'm still waiting for that part to kick in. Bad thing is that I read if you take too much it has a laxative effect. Seems like that would cause more stress..?

Hyland's nerve tonic sublingual tabs work better, IMO. But I oftentimes recommend both Bach and Hyland's to my clients for natural stress and anxiety reduction.

WGW, ok, I'll keep taking it and keep my fingers crossed that it'll take the edge off. If not, I'll try the Hyland's. Love their motion sickness stuff. Thanks!
