I made cupcakes for a bake sale today and didn't eat ANY. Major accomplishment. Also, I'm down 15 lbs with constant vigilance on the Lose It app. I know I'm due for another week of plateau soon -- but I'll take the weight loss while it's happening!Angie

I also pushed it today at BodyPump. I will be feeling it tomorrow! I'm starting to like cycling. And she does a great ab routine. I'm always feeling my abs for 3-4 days after. I've been good about my intake. I think I've shrunk my stomach/appetite. I can't pack away food like I used to. . Scale hasn't moved much, but I think my clothes are fitting better.Mom of 3, Veterinarian

I finally realized why I wasn't losing any weight, despite running 4 miles every day. I was eating too much! Duh. I mentioned my frustrations to DH who pointed out that I'm not nursing anymore and I hadn't adjusted my calorie intake. So I stopped finishing what's on my kids' plates and downing a handful of Goldfish everytime I got some out for my kids, and I'm down 9 pounds. I'd be happy if I could lose maybe a couple more, but I'm officially done "dieting". Yay!~Jane

Weight: 136.2
Exercise: classes at least 2x/week

Clothes: fit better, belly is tighter, but still a ways away from where I'd like it
