That's so funny, because it's the white that gags me. I think I spent too many years back in my trying-to-look-like-a-fitness-model days of eating egg whites and plain bagels as my low-fat bodybuilding diet. Yech. (I can't do plain chicken breast anymore either)

Weekdays I do cardio after work, so I usually have a Babybel cheese a couple hours before I leave work. Otherwise I get super weak. I need protein!

On Saturdays, I go to barre class in the morning, and usually have a whole grain waffle with peanut butter.

Sundays, I do yoga in the morning, so I don't eat before.
I'm just trying to make it out alive!

Two hard boiled eggs worked well today. I'm drinking a Gatorade now post workout and I'm hoping it staves off my post-workout headache.

morning run >5 miles: egg and half bagel with peanut butter.

Otherwise, a cup of java. Caffeine gives my workout more zing.

Every morning I have Greek yogurt with flaxseeds and berries no matter if it's a workout day or not. Creature of habit and I need to eat because not eating is one of my migraine triggers. I also have a glass of lemon water first thing every morning. It's like Groundhog's Day over here.
